How To Order1. Use the shop links in the menu to help you find what you are looking for.
2. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the “ADD TO BAG” button.
3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the “BAG” link at the top of the page. You can use the “remove” link to delete items from your shopping bag.
4. Click on “PLACE ORDER” to complete your order.
Order TrackingOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail containing the tracking information.
You can also visit the Order Status page or logging in to the my account section and viewing the order history page.
TaxesLocal sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to California and New York. FRAME does not collect sales or use tax in any other states at this time, however, your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by FRAME and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local state law.
